DwaDaba ("we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile app that helps users search for medicine availability and allows pharmacists to respond to medication requests.

You can delete your DwaDaba account and associated data directly below. Enter your email and password to confirm deletion.

We will process deletion requests subject to any data we must retain
for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, or legal
compliance.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as your email address and account role
- Pharmacy information you submit, such as pharmacy name, address, phone number, and location
- Device location, if you choose to grant location permission
- Push notification token, to send app notifications
- App usage data needed to operate core features, such as medicine search requests and pharmacist responses

- Create and manage user accounts
- Help users search for nearby pharmacies
- Allow pharmacists to receive and respond to medication requests
- Send push notifications related to app activity
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app
- Protect the app against misuse and abuse
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, analytics, or notification providers, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We may also disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of the app and its users.
Location Data
If you grant location access, the app uses your location to help find nearby pharmacies and support pharmacy-related features. You can stop sharing location at any time through your device settings, but some features may not work correctly without it.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may store a push notification token to send app notifications related to medication requests and pharmacist activity. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
